The Kenmore City Council held a public hearing last month to receive public comments on preliminary recommendations for changes to the City’s Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Code. Following the public hearing, the Council discussed amending the recommendations, including reducing the allowance for the number of ADU units. The Council will discuss ADU recommendations further at a council meeting in September (date to be determined) before adopting final ADU code amendments by ordinance.
