Rowing sculpture installed on West Sammamish Bridge

As part of the ongoing construction project on the West Sammamish Bridge, a crossed oars sculpture has installed on the median between the north- and south-bound lanes. There appears to be wire caging between the crossed oars designed to have clinging vines to fill in between the oars.
