PAINTING IN THE PARKThursday, Sept. 7, 10-noon. Instructor facilitated community paint-a-long in beautiful Rhododendron Park. Create something wonderful using watercolors and inspiration from nature! All supplies provided or bring your own. $5/person.

VIBRANT LIVING FAIR – BOTHELL LOCATION, Tuesday, Sept. 19, 10a-2p. Come explore community resources related to health and well-being.

BELLYDANCE FOR STRENGTH & FITNESSThursdays, 11-noon. Wear comfortable clothes and prepare to have some fun!

IN STITCHES – Fridays, 10-noon. Sewing class for beginners and experienced sewists. Fabric,

sewing machines, patterns, and projects all provided.

TONE UPMondays, 11-noon. Gentle movement for strength and balance.


Scrappy ‘n Snappy – Tues. Oct. 3 & 10, 10am-1pm. Bring your lunch and we’ll create wonderful items from our sewing scraps! We’ll make some garlands, bunting, fashion accessories, holiday gifts and décor and whatever else the group imagination can muster. All supplies/fabric provided. Bring your own scrap stash, or use ours.

Medical Cannabis - Wed. Oct. 18, 1-2:30pm. FREE seminar on the various benefits of cannabis.

Presented by a certified medical marijuana consultant from Dockside Cannabis.

Women & Friendships – Fridays, Oct. 6-27, 1-2:30pm, 4 weeks. Learn the evidence-based importance of how women’s friendships positively impact physical/psychological well-being. Facilitated by a retired Clinical Social Worker, we will explore lots of ways to initiate, maintain and enjoy these special relationships!
