Looking for some holiday cheer? Try these light festivals

Many holiday events have been cancelled or curtailed this year due to the COVID-19 restrictions including the annual tree lighting festival at Kenmore City Hall.

However there are still some events that have been adapted to the pandemic-related restrictions so that you and your family can enjoy a little holiday cheer. Unfortunately, you might have to drive a bit to see them, but with theaters closed, indoor dining restricted, who’s not up for a drive? Here are two events that your family might enjoy.

Snowflake Lane, Nov. 27-Dec. 24

Snowflake Lane Reimagined, Yet Still Memorable We still have magic to share this holiday season. For your safety, Snowflake Lane will not include a parade or performers this year. But every night along Bellevue Way see twinkling lights, hear holiday music and just like in the Northwest…it might magically snow!

Come celebrate with us as you stroll or drive through this memorable experience.

Every Night between 5pm – 9pm
