Kenmore's Development Services helps guide Kenmore's growth

100th Anniversary potluck series offers kids an education in city operations

Development Services Director, Samantha Loyuk outlined the operations of the Development Services Department at the Aug. 13 Kenmore Community Club potluck. The department regulates land development and construction throughout the city based on adopted codes and regulations.


The Department is also responsible for Code Enforcement, which includes resolution and abatement of code violations. Together, adopted codes and committed staff members work every day to help all people love where they live.

The potluck series is celebrating city services as part of the Kenmore Community Club's 100th Anniversary going on throughout the year.


The next potluck presentation will feature the Engineering Department. Bring the kids and a dish to share to the next potluck June 11, 6:30pm to 9pm to learn about what makes a city run.
