Kenmore non-profits consider joining forces at Nov. 9 potluck

Updated: Nov 1, 2022

Coming together to build a stronger community

Join us for a special potluck and community meeting Nov. 9, 6:30pm at the Kenmore Community Club, 7304 NE 175th St, Kenmore. Bring a dish to share and your ideas for building a coalition to make our Kenmore community stronger and more connected.

Three Kenmore non-profits: Kenmore Heritage Society, Arts of Kenmore and Kenmore Community Club are working together to make a greater impact on our city and we want to hear your ideas and receive your input for doing that.

The evening will start with a potluck with time for everyone to share a dish, get to know the neighbors, followed by a presentation on coalition building by Suzanne Greenhouse, who is Board President of Kenmore Heritage Society and Northshore Senior Center. She is also on the EvergreenHealth Foundation Board, a Northshore Utility District Commissioner and local business owner.

Then it's your turn. We want to hear from people in the community about what they want to see or have in Kenmore that would make living here even better. These could be arts, events, educational opportunities, or just having more fun. Tell us what would motivate you to get more involved in Kenmore.
