Concrete work begins for curbs and sidewalks
Concrete work has begun on portions new curbs, sidewalks, and gutters between NE 170th St and NE 163rd St. Concrete work is expected to take several months to complete and may temporarily impact driveway access along Juanita Dr NE.
Construction continues along Juanita Dr NE. Crews continue to make progress on project improvements, including a new stormwater drainage pond near NE 165th St and a new retaining wall near NE 155th Pl that will provide the extra space needed for new sidewalks and bike lanes.
Single-lane closures will continue along Juanita Dr. NE between NE 170th St and NE 153rd St. These lane closures are needed to provide adequate space for on-going construction activities this summer.
