🕒 Time: 6:30-9pm 📍
Location: Kenmore Community Club, 7304 NE 175th St., Kenmore WA
The Development Services Department regulates land development and construction throughout the city based on adopted codes and regulations. The Department is also responsible for Code Enforcement, which includes resolution and abatement of code violations. Together, adopted codes and committed staff members work every day to help all people love where they live.
Any time residents or developers want to remodel or build something in Kenmore, as in all cities, they must ensure that their plans comply with the city's building codes to ensure safety and protect neighboring property owners and the environment. The city's Development Services team works to get those plans through the process as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Come to these informal potlucks to learn how city departments work. It's a great way for your kids to learn what goes into making a functioning vibrant city and the services it provides in fun and informal setting. Bring the kids and a dish to share and join your neighbors for this informative discussion.
Come with questions and leave with a new appreciation for what makes Kenmore a great place to live.
