Join Arts of Kenmore for an Artist Trading Card event Nov. 5, 2025 at Kenmore's Hangar

What are Artist Trading Cards? They are miniature pieces of art the size of a typical business card that are traded around the world. Artists create, trade and collect art at organized "swap" meets, fun in-person events or online.
The Artist Trading Card (ATC) movement started in the 1990s in Switzerland as a way for artists to connect, exchange ideas, and build community. The only “rule” is the size—2.5 x 3.5 inches, the same as a business card—so they can be easily swapped, collected, and cherished.
ATCs have become a global art exchange, with artists of every level trading tiny works of art at meet-ups, through the mail, and across gallery walls.

On Nov. 5, join professional artist Sharon Gottula for a hands-on evening where you’ll dive into this playful tradition. We’ll cut, collage, and doodle our way onto ATC sized card stock creating a stack of pocket-sized masterpieces.
WHERE: The Hangar at Kenmore Town Square 6728 NE 181st St, Kenmore, WA 98028
WHEN: November 5th 5:30pm-7pm
