Previously a member of the pastry team at Wayfare Tavern and the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Franscisco, Aeipathy Patisserie is Danyel's first venture into entrepreneurship.
Located in the Boulevard Place apartment complex 18223 Bothell Way NE, Aeipathy Patisserie offers an extraordinary experience for the walk-in coffee and pastry customer, but be sure to allow extra time for your visit as the gallery of authentic French bakery items will have you hemming and hawing for quite some time as you try to decide which to try.
