The City of Kenmore extended four emergency rules for dealing with the pandemic and provide support resources for residents affected by the crisis. The four include:
A temporary moratorium on residential tenant evictions in Kenmore has been extended.
A temporary moratorium on commercial and non-profit tenant evictions
A temporary suspension of Kenmore’s plastic bag ban
Waives and suspends certain portions of the Public Records A temporary suspension of the requirement for public meetings that require in-person settings
These measures will be in effect until the City Manager declares the State of Emergency is over or such time as they are no longer needed.
